blueish black spots. Pls Help

These are outdoor plants.

They are planted in miracle grow, and i put some bayer advanced nutes says for trees and shrubs says it doesnt burn, and i have sprayed them with vitamin e oil mixed with water to keep bugs off.

Would this be the work of spidermites? cause i just went to chekc on them and saw some them crawlin around

1. Something crawling around? Get a magnifying glass or a GOOD camera and get a picture of them up close.
