1) depends on how big you want to grow
2) how tall do you want to grow. Your limit is light penetration. Not sure where you got that growth height or how they got it. It can be grown quiet short to huge just like any other strain.
3) no telling. Is water a limiting factor for some reason?
4) humidity can cause mold problems during flower
