It certainly has,pluck one off should have a seed developing in it.

What can I expect out of the plant for rest of flowering? It does have a seed in it

Make sure that male is cut down so it doesn't continue to pollinate.and you will have partially seeded buds.

I have no idea where it is getting pollinated from I have only 1 and it's a clone, I haven't seen any around nearby
