Blue spectrum

I have a question will filtering the light through a blue lense help the plants or does it HAVE to be actual blue spectrum

Also about how many watts should I have per plant

I have two 14W flourecent tubes going up the wall

And a 60W "plant light" from wallmart but I don't think it helps

Should I add more lights??

And when should I add nutrients to my plant

Sorry so many questions I just wanna do it right this time plz help

You get pretty much all the blue you need from a 6500k bulb.
but if you want more specific blue spectrums look into building or ordering a custom LED panel with the blues you want

you wan't to grow some dank nugs? or you just want something to smoke fooling around an shit? cause the lights you got their are really only any good for veg but still not too good. I use metal halide lights for my veg and high pressure sodium for flower its the only way I roll HID or sunlight. t5 flourescents for seedlings and cuttings though. but with your set up don't expect a whole lot of bud damn sure won't last you till next harvest unless you smoke like my mother. lol
