Blue Lab Guardian Users. Please Help

I picked up a blue lab guardian and I just noticed that the PH 4/7 lights are constantly blinking on and off at the same time. Does anyone know what this means? I tried to calibrate it and everything went okay, no errors on the screen. However, the lights are still doing their thing. Is my PH probe bad?

If you have a blue lab guardian can you please tell me if your ph 4/7 lights stay off, blink, or stay on?

did you calibrate with 4 and 7 solution? I just use 7 and it's been good to go every time. I own two and still don't really know the details without being at the device. just hold the ph button down and place the probe in the solution.
