well general rule of thumb for watering is this...

stick one finger 2" into the grow container(into your soil) and if it feels dry then water if it feels wet dont water.

how is your drainage?

what is your soil mixture?

are you using anything in your soil mix to properly retain water?

it should have everything in the soil mixture as im aware anyways im using canna coco soil there in 5 gallon pots and there sat in trays but the water is just dissapering so quick the pots are light as hell a couple of hours later

What are you running for lights? Could that be the problem?

Also... what is your humidity at?
Maybe its dry in your space and that's why your soil is drying up?

As long as your plants seem happy then continue down the path your on. Maybe that strain you have requires more water?
