blotchy/crispy yellow tips

hey this is my plant thats 23 days old. Its first set of leaves, had gotten yellow tips, and stopped growing,
the other leaves have came in and over-grown the original leaves.
Now the biggest leaves are getting the same splotches the smaller ones got. hows she lookin?

Shes(always hope) lookin great, the tips tend to get yellow and curl a little bit. If it gets more than a cm within a day, that is when you better be starting to worry....that is for the bigger leaves tho. That small little one always curls up and dies.

ya just keep an eye on new growth.

another question, if i switched the lights to 12/12 but left the same color temp bulbs, would it show their sex quickly?
