i noticed this starting over a week ago, the pllant are aprox8 weeks old, i use fox farms grow big at 1/4strength and just started 2 days ago botanicare's cal-mag supplement, and have been battling a slew of deficiencies, for a month now, everything is fine except for this..i havent seen anything on the plant problems to match it to...seems kind of like nute burn but not, also my temp are 90, i am using co2....the plants are under 1000w MH and i mixed in a 400HPS

did you use any foilar spray that stayed on the leaf,is their bugs their,it looks like something is removeing the cloryphyl.i just got those soft see through blotches my self,i found my roots were damaged and the plant was takeing up more water then nutes.

i think it is a dehincincy my self,i think maybe your ph is out of wack or something but i would try to do a complete watering with all the needed food.

thats what i am waiting on, i was planning on letting her dry up since i water 2 days ago, and instead of using 1/4 strength on the gorw big, i was thinking of upping it to 1/2, aswell as mixing in the cal-mag then see where we go a week after that

the only thing you dont mention is your ph. this spotting look like ph issues. hydro or soil and what ph are you using and what kind of tester?

ph for soil should be 6.8-7.0. looks a little like maybe heat stress/light intensity as seen in pic below. up the ph a bit and raise the lights abit. 1400 watts is alot of light.

sounds like it makes sense, thanks....the lights are a few feet away and i have air cooled reflectors, the Bulb is really intense though

come to think of it, my walls are lined with mylar and the 2 plants that have these spots, are on the leaves closest to tthe mylar...ya dont suppose i bumped into a hot spot do ya? im gonna find out this may be the issue...lets see what happens when i move em around

Iam just going into flowering and the tips of the leaves are turning yellow then brown. Iam using Buddah bloom fertilizer. My ph is around 6.5 before it goes in the soil. Iam using a 1,000 watt sodium about 2 feet above the plants. Any tips on y the leaves are turning yellow? And some are spotted.

only time ive seen that color of drying is heat stress
