Blood meal help please!

I have three plants that are under 4 CFLs (not sure what wattage) and I am on day 13 of my grow. They are about 4-5 inches tall and I am going to transplant them into 3 gallon pots with miracle grow all purpose planting soil with time released nutes (up to 3 months). I just bought Vigoro brand blood meal (12-0-0) and I heard this is a good organic fertilizer. My questions are when should I start using it, how much should I use, and how often?? any help would be greatly appreciated.

dont use nutes miracle grow has enough already...adding nutes will kill your plants

Don't use the blood meal if you're using miracle gro stuff.

Blood meal is best used when making your own growing compositions, and you'd mix it in while you make your soil.

Using it with the miracle gro soil will cause heavy over-nute of nitrogen.

nutes,blood meal,fertilizer no-no at your stage miracle grow is strong enough without...believe me I'm using moisture control for my plants right now and the are booming without ferts or nutes just keep your lights 2-4 inches from the plants
