blood and bone meal amount

I need to mix up my soil I running promix and im adding blood and bone meal. I just need to know how much per gallon of soil? also gonna add some Epsom salt to the soil but not sure how much of that either? should I crush it first? already have added my lime.

also what could I use for a k source?

I also will be picking up some worm castings 2day and some bat guano. so I need to know how much of each thing I should add to my soil so ill be adding blood meal, bone meal, worm castings, bat guano, lime, Epsom salt, and some great white. I think I add 1 tbs per gal of soil for blood meal and 2 tbs per gal bone meal. not sure about the worm castings guano and Epsom. should this give me an alright mix?
