Here are some pics of some Blackjack ladies 2 weeks into flower.
Slow to flower & and large nod spacing. Have been dealing with a mg def. since they were clones....
Other then that they look rather good.
My question, anybody willing to share their experiences with Black
jack?

Mine are just about ready to go into the flower room, mine are short and bushy. Out of 10 fem seeds only 2 sprouted, won't matter after I clone though

Lol, I had 5 out of 5 sprout, but 4 got decapitated cause the wind blew to hard on them and I had them in perlite (sharp edges). They clone good, as you can see

What's your environment like?

I grow in Sunshine mix #4 and use fox farm nutes. I am just finishing up my rooms now. Will post picts when they are completed. I have been growing with 1 400 watt light. But will have 2 600 watt HPS in my flower room with more. The nursery will have the 400 watt and a 600 watt MH for lights . Iam currently growing the Black Jack, Cali Orange Bud, White Widow, and some bag seeds I brought home from China. Will shortly be adding some AK47 and Blueberry when I get the room. Sucks growing legally,lol limted on the number of plants!

Ahh nice, I have some blackjack going as well. Mine is on week 9 flowering and looks to have at least another week or two to go. Your girls look like they are doing great. I too have a hard time keeping the nutes right with this strain, its very touchy to changes.

Good to hear that you are almost finished with them. Got any pics? Mine were finicky from the beginning, but I ave to admit that I did not take immediate action when I noticed the first mg signs.

Nice grow you got there, hmm! are the Blackjacks the ones with the nod spacing?

Not sure, I'm still dialing in my cge space.
So I'm not sure if the Mg def. is strain related or space related. Other then that, they shoot up, thick stems (gota like that), during stretch in flower. They are starting to smell now (finally).
I'm growing Hydro (kind of a drip RDWC). Res change weekly, ec currently at 1.2 + another .7 in additives like cal-mag, budXL and a couple of other things.
All environmental stuff is controlled, AC 79degrees, CO21400-1500ppm, humidity40%-50%
Light 600W HPS

What are you thinking of doing?

I am growing in either soil or coco, sometimes a mix. Organic ferts, etc. All very environmentally conscientious, oops, (600w of hps, and around 170 w of cfl - sorry environment ;-)

) At the mo I've got some OG kush, Headband and Cali Orang ein veg. Had a disaster and killed all my clones so had to start from seed again :cuss:

. Anyway, saw these seeds on a site and I am thinking of going outdoor with one or two of the seeds, and the other indoor. It said on the site in the ground they can grow up to 3 metres, so kinda fits with your stretch. My OG kush's stretch like nobodies business....good for lst'ing though. Sub'd in and will be following along with you bru. Stop by my thread, it's all peace and love in there. :bigjoint:
