I got them in little bad shape and was wondering is anyone has any suggestions on how bringing them back to normal.

Picture attached is week 3.

Too many questions to ask way too many things that it could be. What are the conditions temps ventilation watering feeding etc...

Just use a couple drops of SUPERTHRIVE. That will help with very much. It's best used for transplants and seedlings.
