black on buds and leaves

Hi can someone help me with what this is? at first it was on a plant or two and now it seems to be on many of them. Both on the leaves and on the buds...

I think you got bud rot dude, has it been real humid? Sorry for your bad luck

not so much humid as a lot of rain. then a hurricane. is there anything i can do?

does it help if i cut out the rot and leave the buds that are ok or is the plant ruined?

dont trip man, your plant is A-ok.

look here, the darkness is from P getting clotted in the stems because its too cold at night(below 60)

dont cut anything off, your plant will cut it off(from nutrients) when its no longer needed

interesting - its definitely not below 60 at night - I'm in the north east. Is there anything I should give them? Thanks for the help

I would probably wait it out a little longer just to make sure what it is before you do anything

i don't think there is enough bud there to rot. I think it's temps also. or a purple strain.

It is a P lockout, caused usually by an excess within the plant and cooler temps. Flush the plant throughly and reapply nutes with your next watering. this is an easy fix so don't worry, usually caused by feeding to high of P in your NPK and not enough K. K is needed in near equal parts of P in order that the plant can process the P correctly.

yeah i thought it was a purple strain at first - last year i had 1 of maybe 10 that was purple. the thing is they all look really good and healthy they just are turning purple - there isnt any mold and they are not squishy at all... i would say of the 15 plants 8 have the purple on them. hmmm... i got the seeds from a friend who collected them over a year - i guess i should check with him to see where they came from was purple... ok thanks a bunch
