Black-like substance on my plant

So my plant is still in veg, and the top node growth on both my colas (topped) are forming this black like substance on the leaf. I can actually rub the stuff off. I'm confused as to what it is..I'm currently feeding it Fox Farm grow big. Does anyone have an idea what this is?
