Can black lights have any effect on a plant at various stages? I've heard rumors but just wanna know for sure?

so its def not true that using them during flowering in combination with 2700k will increase crystals?

blacklights are the wrong uv spectrum for that you want uva like a reptile uv lamp from a petstore will do that better but as a good grower i know says you can do watever you want you cant make shit weed good. its all in strain
