Black lights do they work?

Does a black light do anything to help a plant at all. I am just curious if this would be benneficial to my lady?

Help is apppreciated and needed.

Black lights make your plants feel like they are in their cousin's bedroom getting high...

I hear you, Barest minimum..to start a seedling or 2, I did 5 ... 2 x 26w cfl Approx $13.00, if possible 46w.....all depends on space ..........& $. More $ = more light = more weed....cfls won't give you coma shit but will get smokables..
