black dot on top

i topped my plant off and when i turned the lights on there was a black dot where i topped it off is this normal please answer
 
yes what can this be caused by and will it effect the plant or will the plant fix itself i herd cannabis plants are really strong the plant is still perky no droupping or anything no yellow leaves nothing like that just a lil black dot popped up the next morning after topping it i read that sometimes this can happen but i just want to make sure it will be ok
