Bit of an issue. Pic inside

Plants are 20-22 inches away from 600w HD. All around 12 inches tall and a bit over a month old. Receiving around 10k lumen. They are getting fed with the Fox Farms main trio, and also a supplement for the FF line. Planted in pure cocoa. Now! I am having this issue where these spots are slowly appearing on the bottom leaves, and then eventually turns all crunchy and brown. I would say the spots started appearing on this leaf about 5 days ago, and it will take another 5-7 days to turn fully brown. It is happening on all 3 girls, so I know its not plant specific. Happening with youngest growth then up. I am following the FF nute schedule, but doing a bit less since my plants arent where a perfect "week 4" plant would be.

I have been watering them 1.5 cups for the last couple weeks, and less before that. I am watering every 1.5-2 days. I use the weight method to tell when they are thirsty. I PH test with the liquid solution, but I have noticed days that I feed its a bit harder to read because of the cloudy nutes. I have a PH pen on the way for this issue though.

Anyone have ideas? Overwatering (I highly doubt this)? Underwatering (this may be possible), Deficiency?

I really dont know what is going on :(
Plants show no other sign of distress.

That is my Thai Chile in the middle =P

Not sure, but it kinda looks like a ph issue I was having(2 high) but it was in DWC, not. Soil, so not sure

I kinda think/thought PH too, but I check and double check every bit of water that goes into the soil for a 6.2ish PH. If it were a nutrient lockout it would have to be a pretty minor nute at the rate in which the leaves are dying. I have only lost like 2 full nodes of fans in the last month, but other times I have seen something like this it progressed MUCH faster.

Its odd how it starts in the middle of the leaf and goes out though... rather then at the tips then in.

Idk then, ill take a look in a. Book I have @ home later, but thought it might b ph, but the ph spots aren't so brown, ill let u know if I find somthing out

I think I may have figured it out.

"Problems with Nitrogen being locked out by PH troubles.
Waterlogged soil and Soil with low organic matter."

I definitely have a low organic soil since it is pure cocoa.

Also from same posting:
"Now if you added to much chemical nutrients and or organics, (which is hard to burn your plants when using organics) you need to flush the soil with plain water."

ANDDDD then this. I use Fox Farms so that is a pretty much all organic line which from what I read organic nutes reside in the soil longer. So because of that they need to be flushed more often, and more thoroughly, then a normal soil plant. And I have only flushed twice @ 1ish liter per flush.. So yeah. I have not been flushing NEARLY enough, and it looks like I have a bit of Nitrogen Toxicity. BUT! I am transplanting today, so I will give them a nice flush as soon as they are in the new pot, and I should be good to go after that :)

I also had the problem begin about 2 weeks after the plants were put into their 1 gallon containers, so that would fit directly in line with thinking the organic nutes began to build up in the cocoa. And lastly, I read in the same post about N Toxicity that it can cause the "claw" effect which makes the tips of health leaves curve down just a bit (which mine are also doing, but I thought was due to not rotating plants enough!)
