the article doesn't say who is writting this bill . Sounds like the article is written by Joe Schmuckatelli . Great idea, but no names backing this.

I believe its Ron Paul and Barney Frank. Bill is: H.R. 1831

H.R. 1831 is just for commercial hemp, not the stuff you smoke

We need to get hemp legalized as well..stepping stones... if thats what it is we should support it.

My bad guys, its H.B. 2306. The other one is for commercial hemp as you said, but this one is calling for the end of marijuana prohibition.
