bigger buds with 2700k cfl 16/8 ?

I can see how you say it's confusing. I like this last post by thegrowman, it brings all the confusion to a point. An accurate one at that. His spectrums are appoximate, 6500k would be ideal, and the 2700 is right. I am not too clear how much higher the K reading goes up or how low it goes. but those numbers are good, lol.

Nice post also by primaverlives, I believe that's who made the post about the light nm, very nice, probably had em like oops this guys knows his shit. lol.

Just my two pennies.
thanx dude thought i was going mad it was just a simple question to see if i could boost bud production
txhomegrown nothing wrong with your plan.
homegrownboy why dont you try reading the start of the thread properly before you comment. i know what the different spectrums of light do
bfg you should try riding a unicycle the amount of back peddling you do

LOL all i can say is i am totally confused on what the original question was.... maybe instead of a unicycle i should work on my English comprehension. sorry to have added chaos.

well if your not being a smart ass fair play to ya dude :bigjoint:

Right i been thinkin most ppl on this forum are using hps mh lighting and to
get a plant to start flowering u gotta change the light from 18/6 to 12/12
to slow vegging right down . if ive got it right mh throw mostly blue light out and are the best for vegging.
hps throw light out in both blue and red spectrums and are good for flowering and vegging.
so i was thinking if 2700k cfl lights throw light out in mostly the red spectrum would it be posible to extend the day light cycle for flowering just using 2700k cfls without kicking vegging off again.
would this be of benefit to flowering like bigger buds.
ive only come up with this theory.because 2700k are not great for vegging but good for flowering.
if this was posible you could only do it with cfls. what do you lot think ?

I had good results with 42 watt 2700k bulbs. They were like 3000 lumens which was much liked by the girls.
