Yeah sorry buddy, i know it can suck! I did buy Dr. hornbys big bud once, and used it outdoors, but it was a bad year so i couldn't tell if it made a difference or not...good luck!

Try this for the BB powder 1.36 grams/gallon (.05 oz/gallon) on the second week of flowering then .23 grams/gallon/week (.01 oz/gallon/week) until you three weeks out. So for a 9 week flower you would start the second week and go through the sixth week. The oz conversions are approximate, I use grams.

whiterhyno420 not trying to tell you your wrong but this is straight of of the AN site. Are you sure that it doesn't say something like .5 g/l.

The first is for moderate feeding and the second is for moderate heavy feeding. 3.8 L is 1 gallon and the big bud powder line shows 1.36g/gallon for moderate and 1.44g/gallon for moderate heavy.

If you don't drain every week you would just add the differance between the weeks. So 1.36g plus .23g equals 1.59g, and 1.59g is what is listed for the next week of feeding.

This is simply what their sight calculator says nothing more.

My package says:
1tsp=7 grams
add 10 grams per 20 liters
(1.5 tsp per 5 gallons) of nutrient solution in your reservior.

20 liters is aprox. 5.25 gallons, that would mean that the package says to use about 2 grams per gallon.

I found a pic of a label check it out. The label in the pic says to add .5g/liter. 3.8 times .5 equals 1.9 g/gallon.

In the end you have to do what you feel comfortable with. Hope this helps

well this is straight off my jar. and it says 1.5 tspoons (7 grams) per 5 gallons and 1.5 divided by 5 = .3 per gallon:hump:
I see the problem, we are both reading the same thing but the numbers are messed up.

1 tsp is equal to 7 grams. right?
Your label says 1.5 tsp per 5 gallons.
right?
1.5 tsp divided by 5 gallons equals .3 tsp per gallon.
right?
1.5 tsp times 7 grams equals 10.5 grams.
right?
10.5 grams divided by 5 gallons equals 2.1 grams per gallon.
right?

So by your label either use .3 tsp per gallon or 2.1 grams per gallon as they are equivalent measurements for big bud.

The AN web calculator will vary the levels based on a scale from light feed to heavy feed, and the label tends to qive the max recommended dose. I tend to stay somewhere in the middle.

I don't know if you would want to, it looks like it a bloom booster. I've never used it so I can not say for positive but I would pick one booster. I think it would be like mixing two base nutes. If you do be careful with the doses, it looks like you would be double dosing if you put one full dose of each in.
I could be way out in left field on this.

Yeah! giant bloom is by who? I will keep you guys posted. This is what I did I have-- three granddaddys and three purple kush. The granddadday gets all AN nutriants with bud candy and big bud. So far so good. The P.K.'s get the same except instead of bud candy they get kushie kush and very little big bud. I'm open to constructive criticism and appreciate pointers.
