Big Bud, over my head?

I'm going to start my first grow soon, got me a packet of big bud seeds because they grow fairly fast with a decent yield (from what I read) only I miss read something too, I though I read they grow from 50-75 cm (~2 feet) but now I'm reading they grow to be 5-6 feet tall (almost 2m!) or did I mis read again? my growing space isn't that high, is there a way to control the plant growth height? should I just switch to 12/12 when it's about 1/2 the hight I want?
(and just for clarification it's the BC big bud)

any help would be greatly appreciated

you can keep plants as small as you want by training them or topping , have a look about on here theres loads of diffrent ways

if you are growing indoor i flowered my big bud from seed

Humboldt14: indoor setup, each plant gets it's own box to hold the smell and c02 in and it's own light. (foil covered inside). growing from seeds.the boxes I made are only about 1m high.

gazza0312: more info on that? (I'll google it too no worries, but I would like to hear your personal opinion how to train and top plants too)

Ive seen 5 Big bud plants under a 1000 watt hps they were gigantic buds the size of my arm :-]

Islandersrock34: that sounds tasty =D I'm not getting my hopes up though, that guy probably has grown then before and selected her girls carefully, but still, it's nice to dream ^.^

gazza0312: don't worry about replying I googled and I found =D guess my crop will be a swirly 4 headed dragon.. this is gonna be funn ^.^

the only thing about BB is the THC level. a little low

haha ya but its only bc it was a 1000 watter .. good soil good light good nute schedule good vent ='s buds that big ... unfortunately we all don't have those leisure's

Humboldt14: true, but it's not exactly low on THC either from what I read,

Islandersrock34: verry true, but, it's always nice to dream, and have a goal to aim for. maybe I'll have all that later on in life, but for now, I'll be extremely happy evens with normal size buds. (heck I'd be happy just having a female that doesn't die on me )

BC Big Bud is considered mids honestly, but MAN the size of the buds.

not a real high THC level due to all of the energy being spent on production.
