Big bag grow help needed

Well its time to clean up the big greenhouse. Last season I switched to large bags . They are about two feet tall or so. Would it be worth the effort to dig holes for these. Im on bedrock now so this is a jackhammer type job at this point. 16 holes would take some time but getting the bags down in the rock should keep the roots cooler and save me some water.. What do you guys think-------mike:joint:

That sounds like a good idea. If you have size issues that may be your best bet so they have more vertical growing space.

The bags are usually the best and there are many types but the largest you can find is the best for flowering or the final pot for the plant.

Are smart pots the felt looking ones? The grow shop guy gave me some small ones last year to try out. I put some tomatos in them out in the yard. Worked great still look ok I may use them again. I have most of a box of the plastic ones leftover from a outback project last season. Planing on filling them up this year, but I hope the holes are worth the trouble. Two more feet would be cool though. I was up on the plastic real hard last year. and I toped them twice. Ill call around and see who has a jackhammer I can use-------mike

Those look a little bigger around than my camo ones. Im not sure how many gallon they are, but they hold about two of my big wheelbarrows full. May try them next time. This knee fix is going to take alot of my fuckoff money out of play this year so I have to reuse as much as I can .------mike
