BHO extraction without vacuum?

I make it without vacuum a lot. I finish it off in a pyrex pie plate sitting on a pot of simmering water and stir it a bunch until no bubbles are coming off any more. Wouldn't likely pass tests for public sale but I'm sure you'd inhale more and more toxic hydrocarbons during a 15 min walk in any city.
Same thing with ISO, naphtha or any other solvent.

Nutshell
1. You could make sift, bubble, rosin etc so why not just do that?
2. If you don't vac don't give it people without telling them
3. What you do to yourself is your own bidnez.
4. If you blow up making it or get butthole cancer from smoking it
(and survive) be sure you tell everyone
It was you who chose to disregard the very clear warnings so the rest of the community don't look like crack heads. (but we will anyway)

Even without a vac there is so little butane left that it's not giving anybody cancer. Best to use really good purified butane tho and not stuff you buy for your camp stove. Some idiots huff butane to get high and one huff will give you more butane than a pound of my BHO.
I use two boiling balls with one in the bottom of my deep-freeze connected by a coil of copper tubing in the mud room. The ball with the butane/oil is sitting in an ice cream pail in a bed of insulation. Was about 12C/53F in the mud room so didn't have to use any heat. Just a few boiling chips in ball and it ran all by itself. Then I can reuse the butane I capture and get a lot more mileage out of it. Those cans of 9x filtered 'tane ain't cheap.
I have had extensive training as a chemist in a hazardous waste treatment facility for 3 years so know what I need to do to stay safe. Distill the butane that way and have a DIY pot still I make EverClear in and distill Colman's Camp Stove fuel to get nice clean naphtha.
Lot of rookies out there who shouldn't mess with any of it tho. Lot of ijits too.
When Canada re-legalizes pot there will be up to 14 years in the slammer for making oils with flammable solvents. Mostly I make cocobudder and that will be legal.
