Thanks for the reply and I've done shatter so that's why I bought a vacuum purger and it has crazy vacuum power as the first chamber it came with emploded and muffins up great and no crackles from the oil when finished, normally purge for 3 days as people's opinion varies and just got into edibles and like I said in my post mainly for my brother in laws parkingsons as thc is the only thing that stops his shaking and he's not a smoker so hates the taste as not many people start smoking at 52 he gets on well with brownies but just thought about doing some 20mg thc approx gummies and adjust the strain and does as I go along as I do multiple strains and got shit loads of scruffy popcorn bud to play with just want people's opinion on being food safe
Yeh tried everclear but blasting is so quick and great yield, my best yield was of a strain called hifi 4g and got 8g of oil 25% ish of a oz but off most strains 4-5g on bud that is not trim as think that's about 10% so that's obviously why I love my blast rig that holds 10oz and done in 30mins but has to be safe to eat so hoping a expert might pop up but appreciate the help on rollitupheres what leafy recomends, cant say for how accurate the info is, but they seem to know what there saying. but a lot will depend on the strength of the starting product. trial n error are going to be your best tests to see what wqorks best, start small and work upwards to the desired doseag.

Yeh I'm still no closer from other comments but I've researched a bit and think now you think it's all good aswell I think I will get the gummies out and on one research I did a guy said if purged correctly you will ingest more gas when you go to light a joint but your lighter don't spark straight away
Any BHO In the dispensary (depending on state) is allowed up to 800ppms -5000ppms and I'm sure some don't even have a regulation in place for that you can read up on side effects of BHO...
Thanks and yeh I don't decarb my shatter but think for the sake of 3 days I will vac purge then decarb before I make the gummies, just one thing I'm going to do different doesege to see what suits his parkisons, did you add the oil to the mixture and blend or did you do individual as not sure how well bho will infuse as not tried this before. Yep exactly what I was trying to find out as I know about decarbing and obviously no stranger to bho but want to make sure its safe and you and many people have said so good enough for me
