Best Yeild????

Hello people,
I've read about so many different growing methods and of them all I wonder which of them consistently produces the best yield??? Providing,of course, that everything else in the equation is as it supposed to be.....
 
So if you have a limited amount of floor space it doesn't matter how big the plants get, sea of green will get you a better, or I should say bigger yeild???

The reason why I'm asking is because I am almost done with my first grow with in a 3' x 6' home made grow box. All of my girls are huge, healthy and happy with crazy bud sites all over the place. However, I like many other growers, would like to refine and improve upon what I've learned this time around.

I myself just finished my first grow, I grew 7 4 footers and got 1 lb, this next time I'm making a mother out of my new crop NL x Big bud, I'm going to clone them and than do a scrog of like 30 plants in 1 or 2 gallon pots, think about it 30 or more large colas
 
alright sea of green is a good way but the best yielder is outdoor not sea of green vertical scrog is the only thing that I see that can really yield like crazy but then again outdoors you dont even need that look at FDD2BLK's pics
 
SoG yeilds the highest amount of bud because every inch of floor space is used and the cycles between grows shortens. But the higher yield also means more work to do each day.
