in the vid seemorebuds (1st one) the guy has 3 rooms setup with 4 600w in each so 12 in total at 7000 sum odd watts hes getting 15 pounds every 80 days with his set up ....is this the best way to use that much power (as in yield).....and if u haven't watched seemorebuds u sud its crazy!!!!

He was doing basic flat gardening in aquamist tables SOG style. No that's not the most efficient way, but it's not bad either. You would not be doing yourself a disservice to copy it but vertical or rotary grows would technically yield better if you managed to set it up right. Search for Heaths and Flojo's vertical grows.
