Best ways to prevent spidermites from starting organically

Does anyone know of an organic prevenative to keep mites from even getting to my new clones I had mites last grow I have painted and bleached and bought some panda film just to make a lil grow room so its more contained if it happens im currently useing the homemade pepper spray for plants iv read about it on a lot of sites is there any other good ways to prevent a mite break out thats cheap and effective? Please let me know

I hear good and bad things about using neem. Mostly good things.
