Ok so I have a 4X8 growbox built inside of a shed out back. I am going to be running 2k watts from a sub-panel on 30 amp breakers. I have the box framed with 2X4's and sided with 3/8 plywood. The roof is also gabled to match the roof of the shed. I have everything figured out at this point besides my venting. All I know is I do not want to run Co2 at the moment, so I was thinking of going with a passive intake. My questions are below:
1. Would I be better off with a passive intake setup or a 2 fan setup? I would run one for the hoods, and the other to exchange air in the box itself.
2. Will I need an a/c unit?? I will be running lights at night and pulling temps around 40-60F from outside.
3. What CFM fan(s) will I need for this? I calculate 768cfm to circulate the air 3 times a minute in a 256 cubic ft. room.
Any other venting info or advice on a setup like this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
P.S. I can take pics tmrw if it helps to see what I am working with.
