Best way to use CO2 in a closet grow

I'm growing in a 5 x 4 x 10 foot closet. Right now I have one 2x4 flood table and I plan to add another with a 600W light over each table. The lights are air coolable and the only opening in the closet is a 2 x 8 doorway.

Its a small space (~200 cubic feet) so I figure I'd seal the doorway and have ducting bringing air from outside the room, throught the sealed doorway, through the lights, and back out of the room. That way the air running through the lights would not afftect the rest of the air in the grow room (right?).

I have a wall mounted fan circulating the air in the grow room. So, if I had all of that ducting set up would I just be able to release CO2 (to 1500ppm) in the sealed room and watch my plants love life?

don't use any co2. use an inline fan pulling air into the closet, and maybe a small a/c unit. those 2 lights are gonna heat things up pretty quickly...

So even with the venting you think that the lights will make it too hot in there? I thought one of the added benefits of CO2 is that you can keep the temperature in the 80's. To me it sounds like CO2 is more than worth it (people claim it can even double growth/yield). Or is it just plain retarded to try to use CO2 in a small room?

with warmer temps. coming, you can bet issues will follow with a sealed little closet. co2 will def. help in the yield department. but to do it properly, it can get tricky/expensive. if you do decide to use co2, be prepared to respond to heat issues just in case. don't want to be caught with your pants down. it will also depend on the ambient temp in the room the closet is in.

Assuming I can keep the temps under control using a/c would you think the set up I mentioned would work out? Basically my main questions are: Is it possible to aircool the lights without affecting the CO2 level in the grow room? Do I need to bring any fresh air into the room or would maintaing 1500ppm of CO2 in a sealed room keep everything ideal?

this is where the co2 gets tricky. you can't vent your hoods with air from your closet or you'll be wasting the co2. also, you don't want to turn off the air venting your lights, heat goes up..... imo, the only way to properly use co2 is in a sealed room. so, no, you don't want or need fresh air in the room. that's the purpose of the co2, co2. if you can manage to keep fresh air flowing in your closet, just forget about co2. i mean, how much yield do you really need? if you're a cash cropper, a closet ain't gonna get it done anyway....

Well I'm planning to fit 24 plants in there SOG style so it could definitely produce a good chunk of bud IMO. I want to make it the best quality I can, so I have no problem implementing some CO2 if it is worth the investment. Am I likely to run into other problems when I seal the room? It seems like I would have to change out the air in the room at least periodically.
