best way to start germination

I have 3 fem seeds I want to sprout, but im torn between putting them in the coco pellets inside this green house dome they came with. occupied with a heating pad under or it.
Or could I just put the seeds inside the coco pellets and place them in my dwc container with my bubbleponic tubes constantly flowing over the seeds?

You will have many different opinions on how to germinate.I usually put my seeds in a cup of water in a dark warm place,at first they float this is normal,then I leave them for 24 hours,if any have cracked even if there is no tap root I immediately place them in my medium,for those that didn't I poke them to help them sink,then I check every 12 hours or so.If they crack and are left too long in the water you will kill them.
