Best way to cut single bud off plant??

i have a single bud on one of the lowest branches, that has orange hairs and checked it out under microscope and the trichs look ready. It is the only bud on plant that is ready, kinda early at that. And since this nug is ready i want to try out this strain.
Can anyone tell me what would be the best way to cut this single bud off the plant with doing minimal damage to my plant???

just cut it off at a 45 degree angle with a knife or razor.

yeah i usually just snip it off with scissors, its a plant m8, you're not gonna stress it out taking the odd bud off here and there. You probably do the thing favours by allowing the top buds more nutes.

i am at 4 to 5 weeks flowering also.
