best time to plant beans in northern arkansas?

was thinking mid april but not sure. i checked the average temperatures high and low for arkansas to get a general idea but id rather have input from you all

Sounds about right. Easter is usually a safe bet for vegetable gardeners in the South.

Length of day is a bigger deal than cold. This late in Spring, I'm sure you are safe from early flower problems, so pop away.
