Best tieing up methods!?

I've been thinking of some tieing methods that I would like to use but I really want the fastest and easiest way..

I was wondering if i should tie each individual branch up OR if I should tie string in circles up the tree to bring all the branches together?

I have 3 giant girls in their first week of flowering and the stems are getting mad heavy for its own good

I veged them for about 7 ina half weeks using a Hydorponic Drip system with FoxFarm Nutes Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger bloom. My light is a 600watt super HPS bulb in a DR150 SJ with 6 in. Vortex intake and exhaust

ANY HELP??:?:

What I do is.

purchase some bamboo sticks & twine from your garden store (relatively cheap). Place the sticks into 4 strategical positions. Then tie the twine around the outside of the plant via the 4 sticks.

It works something to the effect of the tomato cages you get at home & garden.

Oh yea that sounds like a smart method!
Would I be better off just doin that than all the string?
