Best strains for anxiety?

What's the best strain you've noticed that helps with anxiety? I've always had wicked anxiety and I had a strain that I made myself, tangerine kush crosses with northern lights #5 and it worked GREAT. Ended up moving and couldn't take it with me, so starting over on the strain hunt. What helps you?

Wow, dude that's so wild, I just made a thread a few days ago asking peoples favorite strains, and mine were the tangerine og kush (I didn't add it was crossed with a nl#5 though) and blue hash (blueberry x Cali hash plant)! That's so cool its the same for you!! We're on the same exact wave length, maybe i should seek out those strains again. It feels good knowing those genetics has helped other people too. There really should be more research on stuff like this, i have no problem being a guini pig lol

How is LA c? I had some seeds a long time ago but never got to grow them out, and I haven't had a chance to try any yet, I hear its good though. What's it like as for the effects? I think I remember seeing it on a local dispenser menu so maybe I should give it a try :)

It's very calming, works good for insomnia. At higher dosages some people report a psychedelic like effect. Personally I've never had any psychedelic type effects from smoking it, but it is very calming and stoney if that's what you're after.

Pure Ak was probably the best I've had for a mix between indica and sativa for dealing with my anxiety, but the tolerance build up made growing it not worth it to me. Other then that indicas all the way. I also agree with OG's being a good choice but they can have some sativa in them too they are usually on the more mellow side however. From seed I wouldn't be surprised to find some racy phenos.

Basically we want to stay away from Sativa's, it's going to lead to rushy racy anxiety attacks. I've found I can get "used to" the sativa effects of some strains however anxiety issues are still more easily triggered on these strains. A nice indica stone puts me in the right place.

Any Indica dominant genetic with high CBD level will help with anxiety! the best configuration (for me) is THC around 20% and CBD Between 1,5% and 2%.
 
Just cured a blue heron from Dynasty. This is some interesting smoke..mellow beyond what I have experienced. Not drooling staring at a stain on the wall but man..nice. I am 52 and anxiety is a bitch..this BH is really good for calming the nerves and a beauty of a plant. Purple and sugary:eyesmoke::eyesmoke::leaf::peace:

Another really good strain for anxiety is medicine man by mr nice. Ive made a cross using it and blueberry so im expecting it to take my head off :-D
 
I just sprouted a cbd crew shark shock, have high hopes for it! I need to try all these, I haven't had grape ape or headband, I think we have some 808 headband local, I'll have to try that. What is madness? I really so wanna stomp out my anxiety and that sounds awesome!! What breeder is that?
