That top bud on there is completely rotted out dude. Cut that whole branch NOW and remove it. That's some serious mold!!!!! Good buds elsewhere though.

Done! It’s very damp here currently. Was away and came back and took that and some other areas down. Not too bad but she can’t take much more weight or wind.
