Best sprayers and sprayer setup for DIY aero system

I'm planning on building a 4x4 aero system with 49 sites (7 rows of 7)... what sprayers would you recommend? and how do you recommend I set them up? eg. between every row, or is it possible for the roots on all the plants to get well fed setting it up otherwise?

Anybody have any experience with this stuff?

use much less sites, more space in between..
