Best seed/strain? help

hello i want to buy a good quality cannabis strain. any suggestions? it must be high quality and grow fast like "big bud" any ideas are welcome :leaf: :)
 
btw any one know where can i order the seeds? (Europe)
and do the police check? cause i don't want anything to trace to me :P
