Best pruning/grow method?

I'm looking to get some input and get a general consensus on what people think the best method for outdoor plants being grown in 7 gallon grow bags. The methods im considering is topping, fimming, uncle bens topping(https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/151706-uncle-bens-topping-technique-get.html) and super cropping.
