your best bet would be starting off with a mold resistant indica, make sure they're not feminized seeds.
the whole point would be grow it one year, but keep a male separate and collect pollen, make sure both the male and female get exposed to the weather you have there, the subsequent seeds you create will be 1st generation climatized.
and if they already have mold resistance that means the next generation will likely flower faster and grow better in general.
