obvious blue for veg and red for flowering.
but for example the blue spec lights usually come in 4000 or 4200 etc. does anybody have an idea on the exact color temp which has the highest rate for growth?
im also asking about the red specs too, for red specs ive mostly seen 3000 or 2100
