Hey everyone. Looking for some advice on what the best insulation for a grow room is. My rooms are in a pretty hot area. My a/c’s keep the rooms the temp i want but the ambient air outside the rooms is hot. I have a buddy who used foam insulation. It Dow froth pack. He also said it helped keep his room completely sealed also. Or would it be best to use normal pink insulation. Any advice or tips is greatly appreciated! Thanks
