Best Hydroponic Medium For Clones

What up everybody? I've been through a couple cycles successfully with soil. Now I'm moving on to hydro and I have been tryin to put clones in a rockwool cloning slab but I am having pretty poor luck. I got about half of my clones to root on this last try but right now they are about 2 weeks in with healthy, but very small root growth, which doesn't seem right because hydro is supposed to speed things up not slow things down. I was wondering what kind of slab you guys recommend to start clones out with?

yeah i use rockwool to, but i found my success rates were shit till i started using a heat mat, I don't know if it would help for you but i did for me. Good luck

i use soft foam you get when something is shipped to you

you could use rapid rooter plugs or coco starter plugs.


i like coconut fibers and such!
