Best grow light options

Im looking for any suggestions on what light(s) I should run jn my box.

My box is 15 inches deep 20 inches wide and 42 inches tall

I have good ventilation
 
Lordhooha how difficult are they to build for a beginner? As I've never saudered or felt with electrical much but I do learn quick. And are they maybe 150w cobs that are around 100$?

Fairly easy, they will put those together for you just ask if the check mark box isn’t on their site. For the money you can’t beat it.
 
Just slightly too short for t5s, could be a pl flouro mught fit better.

Yer leds but there exspensive and many are moving away from them, good cheap mars leds for pennies on amazon or fleabay.
