Best distance for a 120watt led light?

It's for one plant, what is the best distance/wattage I should use. Light has a dimmer option. The leaves are a little floppy today but I did water them well yesterday

Depends on stage of growth, size of plant.

At the moment it's 16 days from sprout

120w at the wall or 120w "rated"?

I use 100w at the wall mars hydro basic lights for my young plants and keep them about 30cm above the plant tops, even as seedlings. They love it and grow short and dense.
