What place has the best deal on a 400 watt hps, a decent fan to suck out the hot air from a grow tent and a carbon scrubber for the smell? Any coupon codes, free shipping, ect?

If you want to get the best deals you are going to have to order from multiple sources
There isn't one store that is going to have all the best deals

Craigslist man, I unno where ya live but if you got a decent craigslist for you area or a town close by thats where its at!

I got 3 400w HPS bulbs, ballasts, and hoods for $150!, I got a 4x4x8 grow tent for $120, a 2x2 ebb and flow table,res, pumps etc for $200 I can go on and on about the deals I got using craigslist

Those are deals on used items more than likely
Pre used items will cost less than new unused items
