Best cobs for 2,4m x 1,2m?

I think i will go for 18 at 75w to save some money, ever have time to add more cobs ...
What driver would work fine with 18 cobs(vero29 50v) at 70w(1400ma)?

thats where the constant voltage drivers shine. you can double up # of cobs per driver later on as you grow
