Best clinic to visit for obtaining OMMP Card

I want to get my card and would like suggestions regarding the best clinic to visit. I don't have insurance so I don't have a doctor I regularly see. I'm also wondering what health issues will make me a candidate for obtaining my card. I suffered from symptoms similar to MS but didn't pursue a definite diagnosis because I can't afford it.

thanks,

There are several clinics in Portland that are really good but if you haven't seen a doctor in the last year you will need to find one that can be your primary care physician and update your medical records then fill out the ommp forms. The only clinic I have been to in the last 3 years Alternitive medical choices in Northeast Portland and their doctor can do that for you. You can also check with Mama's over in southeast Portland
As far as qualifying conditions you can go to the ommp website and get that info. Just type in ommp qualifying conditions on a google search and it will pop right up for you
Hope that helps

Well I guess I would rate them a 10. I made an appt. Brought in my paperword from my doc, and walked out with my approval. However I did, and still do have a legit reason for it, so I did not have any issues getting approval.

I used the same place as Zildjian. I also have a legit issue proven with MRIs. They were very nice and easy.
