I suffer chronic back pain since an injury about 13 years ago.
I find high CBD strains don't help with my pain but do allow a good night's sleep once everything relaxes.

Personally I buy CBD oil and consume that an hour or so before my bedtime joint. If I'm sore I smoke a decent indica, I find that helps more tbh but everyone and their situation are different

A lot of people turn to CBD for its ability to relieve pain. And while we are at it - terpenes have their own pain relieving benefits. CBD with terpenes helps to alleviate pain and inflammation. Tangi with anti-inflammatory properties specific to Beta-Myrcene, this terpene profile has long been known for its ability to alleviate pain.

The best CBD for pain is spelt THC.
If your aim is anti-inflammatory, I'd invest in an olive screw press or maybe a wheat juicer, and juice whole plants... tastes like crap, but is the ultimate cannabis medicine as it contains all the components in an unadulterated form. It will also not get you high at all.

Ive been growing a CBD Shark from CBD Crew. I don't believe its available anymore but its a 1/1.

I highly recommend the CBD crew. Quality stuff breed from cannabis not hemp.
They have the available data and has an added bonus as you can buy their seeds at auction every now and again on the Mr Nice seeds website. http://cbdcrew.org/ (a little slow to load pages but well worth having a look around.) The have Lab reports etc.

"The CBD Crew seed collection is a selection of stable CBD-enriched cannabis strains. They were created so that people can safely grow medical cannabis from seeds at home and be sure every single seed will contain both high CBD and THC.
*All our seeds are made from cannabis strains, no hemp strains.
*Always ask the producer of a strain promoted as a high CBD strain, how stable the genetics are and how many % of the seeds are CBD carriers.
"

I suffer from back pain and its the THC that helps me. You can still tell ur backs sore but you just don't care and can function.

CBD allows me to consume THC without getting high. Other than some reducing anxiety, inflammation, fixing restless legs. CBD biggest value to me is allowing the consumption of THC without getting me stoned.
THC, for pain, nausea, sleep on and on.

Varieties, I dont percieve a difference. I like pure CBD the. Cut it with THC.

I have grown all available CBD autoflower varieties with less than 1% THC, also many of the 1:1 strains.

They are all great, I make extractions and gummy bears to dissolve sublingual for quick effects.

120mg plus a day

as a smoker for 20 plus years i can say cannabis does not stop pain as in it does not block pain receptors
what it will and can do it take your mind off the pain and i find anything that had a high amount of amber will do it. you want couch lock weed.

it took me a long time to learn about trichomes and the affects given from different stages of maturity and i could still be wrong but how i see it is

full amber = couch lock + brain dead
cloudy = energetic high + anxiety
clear = not worth smoking + headaches
leaf = destroying the lungs + headaches

If you grow you should try making coconut oil topicals for pain. Might not work for you but many find it to be a great way to relieve some forms of pain.
Personally I never get pain relief from my smoke but the topical is incredible. Also note my topicals are made with sativa dominant hybrids and don't amber.

I think here you saw many of views) I think that better go to a doctor which knows what CBD oil best from pains in back. I personally use CBD for headaches and it helps me a lot, but there are many types of CBD on this site https://cbd-oil-canada.ca/ I'm sure one of them helps for back pain. Write to company in support I am sure that they will help you.
