Best bang for buck LEDs?

Got a decent sized room that Im setting up a grow in, not looking to fill the entire thing right now but will slowly buy more lights to fill it up, looking to fill maybe a 5x10 area, possibly 4x8 we'll see, just wondering what the cheapest way to go about covering that space? Will be used for both veg and flower. I'm also ok with diy (if they are actually as good as a ready made light) as I've seen a few posts about that, but wasn't sure where to start. A ready made light would be preferred if there's some budget options out there... Whatb about the Alibaba lights? They any good? I've seen the name meijiu a bit here and checked them out. For next 24 hrs on Alibaba their 650w is on sale 50% off, though I don't know what to look for in a light so I have no idea if they are any good or not!

I would suggest looking at the growers choice roi-e420. I have one and am impressed with it. They also have bigger lights like the 720.

Look into Medic Grow too, I'm on my second Fold-8 grow and have no regrets, it has performed flawlessly and produced well for me.
